Simple apple muffins

The star of today’s post is, as you could probably guess, an apple. I don’t think there is any other fruit that can be used in so many ways. You can enjoy it raw, in cakes, marmalades, salads, juices, soups, pancakes, wine- you name it. The thing I like most about apples, aside of the taste, is the fact that they are available all year round, even though the actual season is between August and October.

Accidental Nectarine Buttermilk Cake

I know one of my latest posts was a cake recipe, but what better to celebrate than with something sweet? What do we celebrate you may ask? As it happens, this is my 101st post! Apple and cranberry muffins

Eggnog cupcakes with pudding cream

I was planning on bringing some cupcakes or at least muffins, and went through the posts on my blog. And then one thing struck me. Continue reading “Eggnog cupcakes with pudding cream”

Easy and simple walnut christmas cookies

Do you know it’s 4 weeks until christmas? Time flies, I tell you that. In September I was a little bit annoyed seeing all the christmas decoration on the shop shelves, as I thought it was too early. But now, end of November, I’d say it’s about time to start baking gingerbread cookies. I, traditionally now, started with these chocolate cookies, and although I’ve already made several batches, there is not much left to munch on.
